We care about your satisfaction and stand behind every piece of jewelry we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to our offices within 30 days of the shipment date for a full refund or exchange.

Return Procedures: 

• 1. First of all, please contact our customer care executive at 800-978-004 And come to know that return merchant authorization number.
• 2. To avoid any damage, please follow our packing instructions before you look for the receipt and original packing material. It is advisable to use the new shipping boxes. Send with this all the copy of the original receipt we give you. It is better to write the RMA number on outside of the box where it is clearly visible. The visibility would help us know of the content of the box.
• 3. It is always better to insure the items you are sending back to us. Also ask for the confirmation alert from the carrier. That would help you track your item while on the move as well.
• 4. If the content values more than $ 500 dollars, ship the package via US Postal service. If required, you should also request for the signature confirmation service.
• 6. Ship it: The package should be sent to this address of our receiving department.

• • Once the quality check department is done with the quality check and found it in a good shape, your refund will be processed as soon as possible. It will be finished within 5-6 working days.
• • We don’t include the shipping and handling charge in the refund made. It is the cost the buyer has to bear him/herself.
• • It is to make clear if the any product reaches us without RMA number on it, it would be refused receipt. It would not be accepted if it is sent after the 30 days are delivered. If the item found damaged and improperly packaged, it would face the rejection form our side.

• 2.Let’s provide you with a check list of things before you return them to us.
• 3.RMA# Look for the RMA number, it is always visible outside the box.
• 4.Arrange a new box for return
• 5.Don’t mention the jewelry related phrases on the box.
• 6.A lot of people return the item in the envelope. It may cause a serious damage to the item. As we know the items bare fragile.
• 7.Don’t repeat the box to return the jewelry.
