We work with the United State Postal Service (USPS) and FEDEX to offer the following shipping methods:
DOMESTIC ORDERS INCLUDING US, APO, AND AE:
1) USPS FIRST CLASS
This FREE shipping option is available for all domestic orders. If you select this method, your package will arrive within 4-10 business days after it leaves our warehouse.
2) USPS PRIORITY
Shipping is available for $10.99. Orders shipped via USPS - Priority Mail will arrive in approx 3-4 business days after they leave our warehouse and shipped via USPS.
3) FEDEX 2-DAY EXPRESS
Shipping is available for $17.99. These orders will arrive in just 1-2 business days after they are shipped from our warehouse via FEDEX 2nd day.
All packages are shipped with insurance and signature confirmation for orders over $700. Please make arrangements to be available when the package arrives. We cannot have packages rerouted or held at facilities for local pickup.
At Braccio we are proud to be able to ship all over the world, but we are not responsible for VAT, duties, or other taxes related to international orders. Similarly, we cannot value your order at less than what you paid for the product(s), and we cannot mark your package as a “Gift” on the customs tag. These are fraudulent practices that could result in serious penalties, including the loss of our right to ship to other international customers.

Shipping is available for $49.99-$59.99. Orders shipped with this method will arrive in 3-5 business days after it leaves our warehouse.
2) USPS INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS
Shipping is available for $59.99-$69.99. These orders will arrive within 2-4 business days after they are shipped from our warehouse.
3) FEDEX PRIORITY
This shipping method is the quickest and most secure way to ship internationally. These packages will be received within 1-3 business days after leaving our warehouse.
Please check the product page to confirm the exact handling time. Some pieces are made to order and take up to 15 business days to leave our warehouse. Custom items may take longer.

DELIVERY GUARANTEE POLICY
We know how important and special your purchase is and guarantee delivery with every order. our guarantee policy is as follows:
If a package does not show delivered by the carrier within 10 days from the delivery date we will send a replacement.
If the package is delivered and shows delivered on the carriers site we will not ship a replacement or provide refund.
Packages over $700 receive signature. If the package has any signature and confirmed delivered on the carriers site we will not ship a replacement or provide a refund.
